You will be delivering quality personal care to each of our service users, your daily tasks will include supporting them with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they have emotional support and companionship. This will see you providing care, warmth and kindness to help make a difference.
Wages from £9.50 per hour
About you
- Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
- Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because training will also be provided.
- Must be able to work within a team and be able to use initiative and best practice.

The role is a front-line leadership role within a residential care setting. As a care manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care home, including staff recruitment, chairing meetings, delivering training, ensuring health and safety compliance, ensuring any regulatory activities are delivered within regulations, provision of information, advice, and support to residents’ families, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards.
